Q

What does Idaho have against the letter Q?

We went to Boise this weekend (see posts above for more detail). Along the way, we decided to play the alphabet game. I made a dumb rule that the only thing we could use from vehicles is the license plates. Well, any of you that have driven through Idaho know there really isn't much. We were able to find most letters with no problem....with the exception of "Q." I kid you not, we didn't see a La Quinta, Quiznos, or Quality Inn AT ALL! I mean, really, in any other state you would see those in every city you passed. But, no, not Idaho. We did eventually find a Q for each of us, but it really took about an hour. Sad, huh?
