Kaden has never liked potatoes unless they're in the form of french fries from a fast food joint. Homemade fries are not acceptable. Neither are sit-down-restaurant fries. Only fast food. He's never liked mashed potatoes, shepherds pie, twice baked potatoes, nothing, no matter what we put on them.
Last night, we had roast and mashed potatoes. He has gotten much better about at least trying potatoes each time we make them. So, he tried a bite tonight and said he liked them! In the past when he's said he likes them, he still won't eat more than the one bite. When he saw us dipping our roast into the potatoes, he asked for more potatoes. He gobbled them all up! I'm so excited that he is starting to like them because I LOVE them and make then often!
